An Citóg, which translates roughly as The Left Hand, is a programme that occupies a distinctive and important space on the Dundalk FM schedule: it is one of the few regular sports programmes on the station that feature GAA Games alongside minority sports. Adrian introduces a new local voice on air regularly in the form of interviews and discussions.
