Seoirse McCann presents Drive Time on Dundalk FM 97.7 every Thursday afternoon, bringing energy, personality, and a genuine love of music to one of the station’s most listened-to daily slots.

Seoirse has been part of the Dundalk FM community for a number of years and has established himself as one of the Drive Time team’s most engaging voices. Thursday afternoons have a particular character on the station when Seoirse is at the microphone: the pace is right, the music is well chosen, and there is a natural warmth to the presentation that makes the transition from the working day to the evening feel effortless.

He is also one of the presenters who regularly supports the station’s outreach work, having been a guest speaker at new volunteer information evenings, sharing his experience of coming to Dundalk FM and encouraging others considering their first steps in community broadcasting. His openness about his own experience, and his enthusiasm for what the station does, makes him a natural advocate for the volunteer radio community.

Drive Time runs Monday to Friday from approximately 4pm, carrying Dundalk FM’s listeners from the afternoon into the early evening with music, conversation, and a connection to the life of the town that only community radio delivers.
