Michael Dowdall is a presenter and contributor of Fadó Fadó, one of the station’s most community-rooted and long-established shows.
Fadó Fadó is one of Dundalk FM’s warmest and most distinctive programmes, a celebration of local Dundalk history and folklore that connects the station’s listeners to the deeper roots of Irish cultural life. Michael is one of the core team behind the show alongside Peter Kavanagh and Margaret Mallon, a group whose shared love of the tradition and whose knowledge of the repertoire gives the programme real depth and authenticity.
